Help with my BMC Account
Before you make a request for technical support on your BMC account, review the information here.
Login or account information.
Having difficulty logging in? There are multiple reasons this could happen, but most likely you are using the wrong username and/or password. Click on Forgot Your Username? and/or Forgot Your Password? in the login area. Both will ask you to enter your email address. If you have a BMC account with the address you entered, an email will be sent to that address automatically from admin@visitbmc.com. For username, you will receive an email with your username. For passwords, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. If your attempt to do this fails, it means the email address you entered is not in the database.
If this information doesn't help you resolve your issue, create a Help Desk Ticket.
Registration history questions.
Your registrations since 2017-2018 have been stored in the website registration history connected with your account. That history can be viewed when you are logged into the BMC website. Click on Your BMC Account. Then scroll down to view your registration history.
Nothing prior to 2017 will be in the history. There may be a few seminars that contain no information. If you need access to that information, create a ticket.
