Before You Submit a Ticket...

 

The BMC Administration team will respond to your requests submitted through the Help Desk.

Since there are questions that are asked frequently, we've prepared these FAQ responses. Search to see if there is an answer to your question here. If not, submit a ticket.

While we endeavor to respond to Help Desk tickets within 48 hours, the Help Desk is not managed 24/7. Thank you for your patience.

 

Request a Certificate of Attendance

BMC does offer certificates of attendance for those who were in attendance for an entire seminar. (For multi-day seminars, you must have been in attendance each day for the entire session.) Certificates can be requested here. Simply identify the seminar that you attended and include all the pertinent information below. Once we've confirmed attendance, we will make a certificate available to you. You'll receive a Help Desk ticket response in your email directing you to Your BMC Account on the website in your Registration History, where the certificate will be available to download and email or print.

What to include with your request:

  • Your name (used in registration)
  • Seminar you attended
  • Date of seminar
