Before You Submit a Ticket...

 

The BMC Administration team will respond to your requests submitted through the Help Desk.

Since there are questions that are asked frequently, we've prepared these FAQ responses. Search to see if there is an answer to your question here. If not, submit a ticket.

While we endeavor to respond to Help Desk tickets within 48 hours, the Help Desk is not managed 24/7. Thank you for your patience.

 

Request Permission to Attend a Seminar

Request permission to attend a seminar when you haven't met the prerequisites.

Generally, the only reason BMC might allow you to attend a seminar when you haven't met a prerequisite would be the history you have working with BMC in the past. For example, you want to attend a Foundations Tools B seminar but you have not attended Tools A in the past few years (prerequisite states this clearly). You did attend Foundations III (now Foundations Tools A) 6 or 7 years ago. BMC would consider your request to attend. Simply ask!

There may be other reasons as well. BMC will take into consideration your request. Offer a clear rationale to us using the Help Desk.
