Where's the Zoom Link?
When you register for any BMC seminar, you will receive emails from seminars@visitbmc.com with important details for the seminar you'll be attending, including a registration confirmation email, a reminder email the zoom link (for online seminars) about a week before the seminar, another reminder email the day of the seminar, and possibly a link to handouts for your review.
Check your spam folder if you do not see these emails in your inbox. Do a search in your email client for seminars@visitbmc.com. Perhaps it went to your spam/junk folder. If you find it there, add seminars@visitbmc.com to your contacts so you will receive messages from BMC in your inbox. If you don't find them anywhere, submit a Help Desk ticket here. Please note: Responses to Help Desk tickets might take a couple days!
Emails are sent automatically to the email address you used to register for seminars following this pattern:
- When you process registration (payment confirmation comes separately from PayPal)
- Roughly a week before the seminar, a reminder with the zoom link (for online seminars)
- For multi-day seminars, any handouts are typically sent 1-2 days prior to our meetings
- Evaluations and CEU info within a day or two after the seminar (after the final session if in a series)
