One benefit of this Great Pause is that we've all had a chance to reflect and retool, which isn't to ignore the difficulties we've all experienced. In Etna spirit, we continue to avail ourselves of the opportunities to provide online learning sessions.

We explored an online Etna series last year out of necessity. This year, we would like to offer a new program where we can benefit from each other's company and perspectives. We plan to offer a 5-session biweekly program that will span 10 weeks, knowing that we can add additional programming later in the year. In a format we are familiar with, each session will include small groups working on a activities, along with large group debrief, all in a dialogic setting.
